About the role

Join COOGEE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INC.' as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale construction projects within the Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila area. This full-time position will see you managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage procurement and contract administration processes
• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Facilitate effective communication and reporting to key stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members

• 8+ years of experience as Project Manager, preferably within structural works in a high rise building projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
