Office Location - Cordova, Cebu

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably residing in Lapu-Lapu or Cordova
  • Must have relevant work experience with the following, but not limited to:
  • Virtual Assistant experience
  • Call Center (BPO) experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
  • High computer proficiency & overall technical knowledge
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Deliver exceptional client support through prompt and attentive communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work ethic.

Possible tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Respond to emails and manage phone calls
  • Data Entry and Database Management
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management
  • Research and Information Gathering
  • Social Media Handling
  • Invoice Processing
  • Handle additional tasks depending on clients’ needs
