Merchandiser

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser with a background in pharmaceuticals or medical-related fields to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product detailing, push selling, and maintaining optimal product visibility and compliance in-store through planogram and display execution.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergrad of any course related to Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, or other Allied Health Sciences
• Willing to travel and work on-field
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device company is required
• At least 1 year of experience in glucose meter testing and sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Conduct product detailing and push selling of assigned medical devices
• Execute and maintain planogram compliance and display arrangements in assigned stores or medical outlets
• Ensure product visibility, availability, and correct pricing
• Provide basic training or assistance on glucose meter usage and testing to store staff or end-users as needed
• Monitor and report competitor activities, stock levels, and store feedback
• Build good relationships with key store personnel and area supervisors
• Submit timely reports on activities, store visits, and sales data.
