Sales Representative
Innovative Fibre Industries (IFI) is expanding its commercial team. We are hiring two experienced Sales Representatives to drive IFI’s growth nationwide. This is a high-performance, entrepreneurial, high-reward role for a proven hunter who wants ownership of a national pipeline, the backing of a market-leading product range, and uncapped earning potential through commission.

- BPO and commercial offices
- Residential developments and agricultural facilities
The Role:
You will develop and manage your own portfolio of transactional and project-based accounts, taking ownership of prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing. This is not a desk job; it is an opportunity to build your own book of business in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of project-based and direct (transactional) accounts nationwide.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and gross margin targets by developing and converting new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, acoustic consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Represent IFI professionally at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities to strengthen the company's market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver technical presentations and product briefings to design firms and project stakeholders.
- Secure IFI product specifications in project plans, design documents, and bills of quantities.
- Complete supplier accreditation processes with major developers, contractors, and corporate accounts.
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to the Sales, Marketing & Commercial team to support product positioning, marketing initiatives, and business development.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue BPO and corporate fit-out projects, as well as government and institutional tenders.
- Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and project quotations in coordination with technical and operations teams.
- Track each project from the design stage through project award, managing specification holds across long sales cycles.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports.
- Manage confirmed projects through billing milestones and support collection in line with the project billing schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3–5 years of proven B2B or project-based sales experience (construction, building materials, industrial, manufacturing, or technical products is a strong advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or any related field — or equivalent industry experience.
- A self-starter who can build a sales pipeline from scratch and work independently.
- A strong network within the construction and commercial/industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in project-based or specification-driven sales environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to master IFI’s product range (full training provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales-management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
- Results-driven, organized, and commercially sharp.

- Able to interpret project specifications, architectural drawings, and bills of quantities (BOQs) (preferred).
