Job Description for Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach campaigns
• - Build targeted prospect lists based on specific parameters and demographics
• - Conduct initial outreach to potential clients and partners
• - Monitor and engage in relevant forums and online communities
• - Identify conversations and platforms where target demographics are active
• - Execute tactical marketing campaigns and initiatives
• - Maintain and nurture relationships until prospects are ready for sales conversations
• - Support lead generation efforts for coworking spaces and tech products
• Requirements:
• Experience in lead generation and business development
• - Strong research and prospecting skills
• - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• - Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems
• - Understanding of forum engagement and community marketing
• - Ability to work during Eastern Time hours for outreach activities
• - Selfmotivated with strong organizational skills
• Schedule:
• Fulltime position (40 hours per week)
• - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
