Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. This role will involve a variety of administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth business operations across departments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to operations, inventory, vendor relations, and internal processes.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
  • Communicate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to support logistical and operational needs.
  • Support procurement, order processing, and inventory control tasks.
  • Help organize company meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with databases.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to work in Marcos Highway, Antipolo Rizal.
