Job Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth across TCS Philippines, TCS Malaysia, TCS Thailand, TCS Hongkong & Taiwan.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for regional operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage financial risks, treasury functions, and investment strategies.
• Lead financial teams across multiple countries, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Optimize financial processes through digital transformation and automation.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee audits, financial controls, and governance frameworks.

• Atleast a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience working across Multiple Geographies such as Japan, Singapore and Brazil.
• Strong knowledge of ASEAN financial regulations, tax laws, and market dynamics
• Proven ability to manage regional finance teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
