Job Description

• Responsible for operating egg processing machines and equipment
• Sorting, cleaning, and grading eggs according to quality standards
• Monitoring egg production process and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Inspecting eggs for defects or abnormalities and removing them
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Documenting production and quality data for reporting purposes
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and quality goals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Experience using industrial egg processing equipment
• Strong communication and team-work skills
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
