What You’ll be Doing
Recruiting qualified talents to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients. They handle level 3 associates and specialized profiles. This may include screening resumes and applications, conducting phone screens, administering TTEC-approved assessments, scheduling onsite/virtual interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, making offers, and completing the onboarding process for each hire.You will also implements sourcing tactics and often represents TTEC at job fairs and other community events. While they function as part of the Talent Acquisition team, they are responsible for aggressive individual recruiting goals which are monitored constantly.
You must be able to quickly adapt plans and shift directions to meet changing client requirements. This is a challenging position that is suited for a high-energy individual who must be able to meet aggressive goals and timelines.
You’ll report to Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You’ll- Assist with Taleo data entry (assessment scores, decline candidates, send assessment e-mails and other correspondence).
- Prepares recruitment weekly/monthly reports.
- Help with preparing reports for completion/signing bonus payouts.
- Learn key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each client. Understand the requirements for each client while strictly adhering to TTEC’s hiring policies.
- Ensures that the candidate meets all legal requirements, participates in all required assessments and that all information is accurately documented within Taleo and in paper or digital files when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures. Quickly learn TTEC’s talent acquisition policies and procedures for screening, interviewing, and processing candidates.
- Responsible for high-volume hiring needs often requiring screening, interviewing, and processing of hundreds of candidates each week. This requires tremendous focus, organization, and efficiency.
- Sets strict schedules to make the most of their time. They must be able to determine general suitability for a role quickly and decide whether to engage the candidate in the full hiring process.
- Responsible for the administration of the candidate process for all open associate positions including but not limited to:
o Greeting applicants, o Receiving applications, o Administering testing materials, o Conducts proficient behavioral interviewing. Can execute short, effective interviews which uncover a candidate’s true desire, motivation, and suitability for an Associate role at TTEC.
o Know and understand the Realistic Job Preview (RJP).o Know of RJP usage in the hiring process.
o Ensure all candidates receive the RJP before an offer is extended.
o Provide administrative support to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager, and other TA team members, as required.
- Achieve 100% of assigned agent recruiting targets. Must meet hiring deliverables and back-office tasks associated with the ramping program with Level 3 and specialized profile requirements such as:
o Updating Taleo profiles.
o Raise tickets for client log-inso Complete trackers related to the hiring.
o Send training roster.
o Keep an engaging atmosphere for trainees.
o Ensures that trainees will show on day 1.
- Processes offboarding for Day 1 No Shows
- Supports the operational recruitment need for the associate internal transfers.
- Attends site & program level meetings.
- Coordinates with the training and operations team to ensure that calibration is in place and ensures a positive relationship with the stakeholders.
- Participates in regular calibration calls with training and operations and responds to questions in a timely manner. Provides professional, constructive, and clear feedback during the calibration.
- Completed 2 years in college
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
- Attention to detail.
