- Execute field sales activities and on-ground promotions to engage and acquire potential OFW customers.
- Present and explain loan products clearly, assisting customers throughout the credit application process.
- Generate high-quality leads and actively support conversion into successful loan applications.
- Develop and strengthen offline acquisition channels, including partner agencies and walk-in locations.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth endorsement and successful processing of loan applications.
- Gather and provide market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and strategies.
- Willing to do field work.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Can work independently.
- Experience in loans, financial services, or OFW-related sales is preferred.
- Background in field sales, roadshows, or direct selling is an advantage.
