Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Overview:

The Data Analyst will play a key role in improving business performance by supporting marketing and operational strategies through data interpretation and reporting.

You’ll be working with a passionate analytics team, using advanced tools to evaluate digital marketing performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver recurring reports and actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization
• Re-imagine and enhance existing dashboards, reports, and presentation templates to improve clarity and impact
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL scripts to clean, transform, and analyze data
• Redesign and automate existing query scripts or data processes to enhance ETL workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner
• Work closely with the Analytics Lead to ensure correct interpretation of data in line with business objectives
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, techniques, and methodologies in a fast-paced analytics environment
• Provide ad hoc support for data requests and ensure timely and accurate data delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Power BI, or Looker Studio
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., email, SMS, WhatsApp, LINE, or similar)
• Ability to interpret campaign metrics such as open rates and CTRs to derive actionable insights
• Experience in automating data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows
• Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time-series analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with a flexible and proactive mindset
• Self-starter with a high sense of accountability and initiative
• Fluent in spoken and written English
