About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Controller to join the team at PAPERLAND, INCORPORATED', a leading player in the manufacturing and distribution industry. In this full-time role based in Balong Bato Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all products and processes, playing a vital part in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.
What you'll be doing- Inspecting and testing products at all stages of the manufacturing process to identify and address any quality issues
- Analysing data and generating detailed reports on quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and logistics teams to implement corrective actions and preventative measures
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and systems to streamline operations
- Training and mentoring production staff on quality control best practices
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant quality, health and safety regulations
- Significant experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to interpret and apply quality standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Relevant qualifications in quality management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous
