Virtual Assistant
Position Title: Virtual Assistant ( Part-Time)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Starting Part Time at 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT(subject to adjustment based on business needs)
Salary: PHP 45,000 -Full Time Rate / Php 22,500-Part Time Monthly
Your Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant would be:
- Review daily security footage and cross-reference with scheduling software (Acuity) to ensure trainer compliance with bookings.
- Deliver concise daily audit reports indicating any discrepancies between bookings and actual lane usage.
- Respond to client leads through text and email, coordinate initial appointments with personal trainers based on availability.
- Provide general administrative support including virtual reception tasks, client follow-up, and appointment confirmations.
- Support executive assistant functions by offloading routine tasks to free up high-level productivity.
- Assist with social media content posting and coordination, if skillset allows.
- Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and uphold high standards of professionalism in all communications.
- Be flexible and responsive to changing operational needs and schedules.
Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant:
- At least 2 years of virtual assistant experience in a generalist or administrative capacity.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Acuity or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and readiness for remote work.
- Optional but preferred: Experience with social media management or marketing tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to self-manage tasks with consistency.
- Willingness to work aligned with US Eastern Time and flexible hours when needed.
