Bilingual Supply Chain Assistant (Chinese/English) - Muntinlupa

The Supply Chain Assistant will work closely with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, and freight forwarders, to ensure that all shipments and inventory are accurately tracked and managed.

• Assist in creating shipment IDs and labels in AMZ, DLV, and 3PL platforms.
• Review carton labels for accuracy pasted by suppliers.
• Upload delivery orders (DO) and proof of delivery (POD) from freight forwarders in Google Drive.
• Daily upload Deliverr shipment and inventory status in CaptKea.
• Check daily for any new inbound shipment received in AMZ, DLV, or 3PL and update the group accordingly.
• Check daily and update any missing tracking numbers in AMZ for shipments.
• Create and cancel MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) orders as needed.
• Assist in creating and maintaining placeholder shipments.
• Daily check for inbound and removal units received by 3PL and update in CaptKea, Asana, and the group.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a shipment and inventory role preferred.
• Familiarity with shipment arrangement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and write in the Chinese language.
