Job Title: Accounting Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Sta. Cruz, Manila
Work Schedule: Day Shift

Salary: PHP 28,000 – 32,000

Job Summary

The Accounting Officer will manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, monitor transactions, and support financial compliance. The role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform sales reconciliation and variance analysis
Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist in tax compliance and audit requirements
Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
Support budgeting and financial analysis activities

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 1–3 years of accounting experience
Experience in the food industry is an advantage
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
