HR Generalist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for operational and non-operational positions.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and operations team.
• Conduct initial interviews, applicant screening, and onboarding/orientation of new hires.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment.
• Conduct volume hiring activities for drivers, helpers, and non-trucking personnel.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, caravans, field recruitment, and sourcing activities across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

• Manage employee relations concerns, disciplinary cases, counseling, and incident documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and labor compliance.
• Prepare HR reports related to attrition, manpower status, and employee concerns.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years' experience as HR Generalist in the logistics, trucking, or manpower industry.
• Strong background in Employee Relations (ER) and volume hiring/recruitment.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and recruitment activities.
• Willing to travel nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).
• Proficient in using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Strong coordination and people management skills.
• Goal-oriented and capable of meeting HR targets.
