Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Quezon City

We are currently looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate must have proven experience handling customer inquiries through both email and voice accounts in a BPO setting, with a strong ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensure timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first approach in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and deliver seamless service.
- Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and QA scores.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting (email and voice accounts required).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience handling Australian accounts is an advantage.
- Experience with automotive accounts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining productivity.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email platforms, and call management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
