CREDIT INVESTIGATOR
Perform credit analysis of individuals and organizations before extending finance to credit applicants.

Investigate history and credit standing of individuals or business establishments applying for credit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect properties offered as security and the proposed project;

Undertake ocular inspection/investigation of the applicant and/or property offered as collateral for the loan; See to it that the amount of loan being borrowed will meet the credit needs of the borrowers; Verify that proceeds of the loan will be utilized only for purposes stated in the contract; Investigate the credit standing of the borrowers in the community; Determine whether the amount being borrowed is within the paying capacity of the borrower; Prepare the inspection reports duly signed by him/her; Assist in the preparation of collection letters and personal follow-ups of past due loans; Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a college graduate/ degree holder, any Business Course;
With at least 1 year working experience in the related field is an advantage;
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Excellent in both oral and written communication skills;
With initiative, reliable and customer-service oriented;
Proficient in MS Office Applications;
Willing to do fieldwork;
Can drive a motorcycle
