Commercial Lead

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Commercial Lead will drive SBP’s commercial and partnership strategy, with a strong focus on sponsorship marketing, partner value creation, and execution. The role is responsible for managing existing partnerships, developing marketable assets, securing new partners, and ensuring delivery of all commercial commitments while strengthening the SBP brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SBP commercial partners
• Manage partner relationships, expectations, and deliverables
• Lead regular engagement, reporting, and renewal discussions
• Ensure strong partner satisfaction and retention

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Identify and structure SBP’s commercial assets
• Develop sponsorship packages and decks aligned with partner objectives
• Maintain an updated inventory of assets

• Identify and structure SBP’s commercial assets
• Develop proposals and pitch decks
• Lead negotiations and close agreements

• Ensure delivery of all partner commitments
• Coordinate with Program Heads and Communications Team
• Monitor timelines and quality

• Ensure consistent SBP brand positioning
• Integrate partners into campaigns

• Track deliverables and campaign performance
• Provide reports to partners

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in sports, marketing, sponsorship, or brand marketing
