Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities: Monitoring of application performance & uptime using monitoring tools, ensuring any anomalies are promptly detected and addressed. Incident management, troubleshooting support and incident communication Resolution & documentation Support with performance reviews by regularly reviews of application performance metrics with application owners, discussing issues or potential areas for improvement.Support with capacity planning by collaborating with application owners to forecast usage trends and plan for future capacity needs, ensuring the application can scale with business demands. Maintaining Applications Packaging information Providing Application Packaging Information (sources, licenses) Monitoring Needed Application Updates Application Licensing Alignment Professional & Technical Skills: German profiency Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similiar role within managed workplace operations, focusing on application lifecycle management (ALM).
Experience with successfully managing applications in a large-scale, complex environment. Demonstrated experience in owning & managing applications ,ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user needs. Proficient in overseeing the entire lifecycle of applications from inception to retirement Skilled in managing software development with respective TiGital departments & teams, testing, deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life process Experienced in acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for specific applications in the organization Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, including working with clients, developers, and end-users to ensure application performance aligns with business goals and overall ALM activities are being carried out reliably.Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
