Program Overview
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Business Operations Intern, from January to early May 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.

As a Business Operations Intern under our GS Experience Center, you will support key initiatives across operations, training, quality assurance, employee engagement, and project management. You will work closely with service delivery leaders and advisors to identify process gaps, improve employee and customer experience, and contribute to digital transformation efforts.You will also be exposed to multiple capabilities – operations, process/knowledge, content, training, and quality in this 5-month internship program.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Assist service delivery advisors and leads in data analysis and reporting to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements; to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify top pain points - Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction scores
Innovation & Process Improvements:
- Help create process maps for current workflows to reduce process inefficiencies
- Propose automation or digital solutions to streamline operations and processes
Training & Knowledge Management:
- Audit existing knowledge base and training materials - Suggest improvements for accessibility and relevance
Quality Assurance Support:
- Assist in monitoring quality metrics and associate performance
- Help design feedback loops and reporting templates
Project Support & Management:
- Support ongoing Experience Center projects
- Help track milestones, prepare documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Assist in special projects and other ad hoc initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and elevating employee experience.
Employee Engagement Activities:
- Assist in engagement activity planning (including but not limited to logistics, set up, program content and flow for town halls, workshops, recognition programs, etc.)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Machine Learning, Computer/Data Science, or related fields
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Interest in digital tools (Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Canva, Trello, LMS platforms)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
