Accounting Officer - Bacolod

Summary:

Execute day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, collections, bookkeeping, payroll processing support, QuickBooks entries, and reconciliations. Ensures accuracy of financial data and supports monthly closing.

Detailed Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, match with PO/DR, and prepare AP vouchers.
• Maintain AP aging and schedule due dates for payments.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse for invoice discrepancies.

• Prepare weekly/monthly billings based on service records or PODs.
• Post customer payments in QuickBooks.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up overdue accounts.

• Record expenses, deposits, sales, and adjusting entries in QuickBooks.
• Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing schedules and reports for month-end close.

• Consolidate timesheets, allowances, OT, and adjustments.
• Prepare payroll summaries and coordinate with HR for processing.

• Manage petty cash disbursements and maintain daily logs.
• Prepare petty cash replenishment documents with receipts.

• Prepare bank reconciliation and AR/AP reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing month-end reports and schedules.
