Order taker

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Order Taker who will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism in a fine dining/luxury buffet. THIS POSITION COMES WITH SERVICE CHARGE, FREE MEALS, AND TIPS.

1. Answering incoming calls from customers and taking orders for our products
2. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and courteous manner
3. Accurately recording customer information and order details
4. Maintaining detailed records and generating reports as required
5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide a consistent customer experience

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
3. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including order processing and inventory management tools
4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
