COMPANY DRIVER
Main Purpose of the Job:
The following duties stated below are the Main Job Description and Responsibilities of a Company diver:
- Maintenance of the following company vehicles in good running condition at all times:
- Vehicles
- Suzuki Van
- Hyundai Tucson
- Canter
- Daily check-up (before and after driving) of the following:
- B – brakes
- L – lights
- O – oil
- W – water
- A – air
- G – gasoline
- Keep all company vehicle/s Clean and Washed inside and out, before and after driving.
- Always check (preventive maintenance), that all units are ready for use anytime.
- Renew vehicles registration on time.
- Report and recommend to Management any major or minor repairs needed to keep the vehicles in good running condition.
- Monitor usage of vehicles and maintain records in the logbook for mileage monitoring, gasoline consumption and maintenance schedule.
- Submit incident/accident report to management, if any.
- Deliveries, pick-ups and other job assignments will be scheduled by Purchasing or HR Dep’t. or some other departments for your daily driving task.
- During idle time, you are requested to help some assignments in the Warehouse Section under the supervision of the Warehouse head.
- Any tasks maybe assign from time to time.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school level or graduate
- Knows how to speak and understand English
- At least 2 years of being a Company driver
- Has a Philippine Driver's License
- Hardworking
