As the Rollout Design & Delivery Manager, it is crucial to successfully implement the creation or modification of new products/services, following existing business rules and utilizing existing platforms, capabilities, and APIs, particularly those involving changes to systems, processes, or technologies.This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on management to ensure seamless deployment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute rollout strategies and detailed execution plans.
Coordinate across teams to align resources, schedules, and stakeholder needs. Manage deployment logistics, risk, and quality assurance processes. Oversee training, support, and communication to ensure smooth adoption.
Monitor progress, report outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. Lead change management efforts with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
