Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods, documents, or personnel.
Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness and proper condition.
Maintain cleanliness and routine care of the assigned vehicle.
Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Verify delivery items and documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and trip reports.
Secure transported items to prevent damage during transit.
Report vehicle issues, accidents, delays, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate trip and mileage records.
Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and clients regarding delivery schedules.
Assist in loading and unloading items when necessary.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while performing assigned duties.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least High School Graduate or equivalent.Valid Professional Driver’s License with appropriate restriction codes.
Proven experience as a company or delivery driver is an advantage.
Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
Good driving record and strong sense of responsibility.
Physically fit and capable of handling delivery-related tasks.
Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
Willing to work flexible schedules, extended hours, or holidays when required.
