Handle financial voice accounts and assist clients with financial-related concerns.
  • Provide customer support for services such as mutual funds, asset and wealth management, banking, loans, life insurance, and stocks.
  • Manage sensitive financial data and ensure high-quality client service.
  • Address account inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate financial information.
  • Maintain professional communication and compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or college undergraduate
  • Minimum 2 years of BPO experience in Financial Services or Wealth & Asset Management (WAM)

Preferably with experience in:

  • Mutual Funds
  • Asset & Wealth Management
  • Life Insurance
  • Banking & Loans
  • Stocks or managing clients' financial portfolios
  • Excellent English communication skills (voice support)
