Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults and resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Able to multi-task; Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Performing other tasks as required by the client
- Regularly aiming to improve the quality of customer interactions
- Being a team player; having fun and working with a team to hit client targets
Requirement and Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years Technical Support experience
- Tech Savvy; Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting
- With strong attention to details
- Good communication skills (English conversant)
- Amenable to work on an onsite shifting schedule
- At least high school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High school graduate
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as long as with prior technical support experience
