The role
Our company is seeking an experienced Admin and Logistics Clerk to join our team. This is a contract role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As the Admin and Logistics Clerk, you will play a crucial administrative and support function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation.
Key responsibilities- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems
- Assisting with logistics planning and coordination, such as arranging travel, managing inventory, and coordinating deliveries
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and responding to inquiries
- Supporting the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and tracking expenditures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring the accuracy of all administrative records and processes
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Logistics Clerk, or similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
