Role Overview
The People Operations Associate Manager strategically partners with the Site Leadership Team to deliver key performance indicators in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Management, Third Party Management, Administration, and People Services.This role bridges management and employees by addressing concerns and leading the Labor Management Committee to promote industrial harmony.
They will coordinate the administrative due process and CBA cycle with the Center of Excellence Team – Labor Relations. Additionally, the Lead will manage culture initiatives and employee engagement programs in collaboration with the Site Committee and Center of Excellence Team – Employee Relations.
Responsibilities also include supporting Talent Management to ensure appropriate headcounts align with the Business Plan, addressing basic People-related concerns like benefits and attendance, and assisting the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate pay for all associates.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields is required
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management
- Demonstrates strong general competencies, including the ability to simplify complex concepts and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations involving diverse groups
- At least 1 year of experience in an FMCG is preferred
- Experience working as an HR is a plus
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week
