Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Officer to join our Flour Manufacturing team. The Commercial Finance Officer will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, conducting financial analyses, managing budgets, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy Development: develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share for Flour, Bread & Pasta products
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to support pricing decisions and assess their impact on overall business performance.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, supply chain, and other departments to ensure cohesive financial strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks related to pricing and market dynamics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant.
- Must be computer literate. Required skill(s): MS Office, Sharepoint & One Drive.
- With at least 2 years of experience with Employees specializing in Field of FMCG.
- Good in oral and written communication
- Hardworking and results-oriented
