In this role, you’ll connect with customers through live chat, offering personalized recommendations, answering their questions in real time, and helping them make confident purchase decisions—all while hitting your sales goals and growing your income.

• What You'll Be Doing:
• ? Chat with new and existing customers in real time.
• ? Recommend products or services based on customer needs—no cold pitching!
• ? Build rapport, handle objections smoothly, and confidently close sales.
• ? Follow up on warm leads and keep conversations moving.
• ? Keep organized logs of chats, sales, and interactions.

✅What We’re Looking For:

• ? Excellent written English (professional but friendly tone).
• ? Experience in chat-based sales or support (BPO experience is a big plus!).
• ? Strong grasp of basic sales strategies and customer psychology.
• ? Reliable computer/laptop + fast, stable internet connection.
• ? Multitasking skills—you’re comfortable juggling multiple chats and tools.
• ? Driven, self-motivated, and ready to succeed in a remote setup.
• Bonus Points If You Have:
• ? Experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot.
