About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative specialising in Chat Support and Voice Account services to join our growing team at our Kapasigan office in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support across both chat and voice channels.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, responsible for resolving enquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer enquiries via chat and voice channels in a timely, professional and courteous manner
  2. Provide accurate information about products, services and account details to customers
  3. Assist customers with account management tasks, including account verification, updates and access support
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary
  5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  6. Follow company policies and procedures whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
  7. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to improve service quality
  8. Meet or exceed performance targets for response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction metrics
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or multi-channel support environment
  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly in both written and verbal formats
  3. Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM systems and other customer support software
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  6. Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues
  7. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs effectively
  8. Reliability and punctuality with the ability to work in a structured schedule
  9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are advantageous
  10. Familiarity with account management systems and financial services is preferred but not essential
