Laboratory Analyst

This role supports Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Research & Development initiatives by providing accurate laboratory results, maintaining testing records, and contributing to product quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related scientific field.

• Licensed Chemist or Registered Chemical Technician preferred.
• Newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply.

• No work experience required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or laboratory experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or quality assurance is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety principles, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and quality systems.
• Knowledge of food quality testing, water analysis, and laboratory safety practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Laboratory-based work environment within a food manufacturing, commissary, or food and beverage production facility.
• May involve handling food samples, chemicals, reagents, and laboratory instruments.
• Requires adherence to food safety, sanitation, and laboratory safety standards.
• May occasionally assist in product trials, supplier evaluations, and plant quality assessments.
