Job Description

As an Assistant to the Career Counselor, you will play a key role in supporting the career counseling team in helping our students secure employment opportunities. Your primary responsibility is to assist in managing and executing job applications, ensuring that students are matched with roles that align with their qualifications, career goals, and industry requirements.

You will work closely with the Career Counselors to track progress and ensure all applications are submitted accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Match students’ qualifications to potential job openings.
  • Ensure that the resumes and cover letters are in proper guidelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Counselor for all information about the application. Provide reminders and updates about interview schedules.
  • Act as the point of contact of the company on behalf of the student, ensuring quick and professional responses.
  • Send reports and updates for the status of the students handled.
Qualifications:
  • Has a bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, education, or business management.
  • Familiar with the U.S. job market, possessing experience in U.S. headhunting/recruitment, human resources, executive assistant or related fields.
  • Possess strong English communication, reading, and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
