Systems Administrator - Work from home - Muntinlupa
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports
- Other role-specific duties as they arise
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals is a must
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
