Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers — Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports
  • Other role-specific duties as they arise
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
