PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

About the Role:

As a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and facilitating the daily operations of our maintenance department. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills to ensure maintenance tasks are efficiently planned, scheduled, and executed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all maintenance work in compliance with Work Safe Method Statement (WMS).
• Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and assign tasks.
• Establish and maintain a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and departments to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Generate and manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Track and update progress of maintenance tasks to stakeholders.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and updates to keep everyone informed.
• Ensure WMS policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Provide reports, data, and insights to support decision-making by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Organized and attentive to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Graduates of any 4 years course, or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferable with experience as a Service Maintenance Coordinator is a plus.
