We are expanding our international support operations and are looking for motivated, detailoriented and proactive QA Specialist to join our new team in the Philippines. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our insurance product configurations and integrations across multiple territories.You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and support teams to validate complex workflows and ensure our platform delivers consistent, high-quality results.

The main responsibilities of a QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST include:
- Junior-Level
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for insurance product configurations.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple product lines and geographies.
- Support release cycles by validating fixes and performing smoke tests in staging and production environments.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to understand and define the requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse the impact on other areas of the system and identify gaps in the requirements.
- Use internal tools to validate data flows, business logic, and system behaviour.
- Log and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and ensure processed used within the team meet quality standards.
- Use internal knowledge base in Confluence, maintain and improve for future use.
- Prepare documents for internal and external use to agreed standards (e.g. test reports).
- Mid-Level
- Manage a team of QA specialists, making sure everyone works well together and stays focused on project goals.
- Provide leadership, motivate and mentor other staff.
- Set goals for team members.
- Monitor and review outputs produced by team members and ensure standards across the team are maintained.
- Provide input into estimates, raise and escalate issues with completion.
- Support the team in core tasks:

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Junior-Level- Graduated with a technical degree.
- Is fluent in spoken and written English (minimum B2).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
- Ability to interpret logs, error messages, and system behaviour to raise defects.
- Ability to learn and use test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail).
- Basic knowledge of QA terms, methodologies, tools, or processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e.g. XML, JSON, SQL, or scripting languages is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working shift hours to overlap UK business hours.
- 2+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Graduated with a technical degree.
