Recruitment and Selection:
Source, screen, and interview potential employees.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Onboard new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Handle disciplinary actions as needed.
Performance Management:
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
Monitor employee performance metrics.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
Store Operations:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage inventory control and loss prevention.
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Customer Service:
Lead and motivate the store team to provide exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
Build strong customer relationships.
Sales and Revenue:
Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
Team Management:
Hire, train, and develop store staff.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimize labor costs.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines efficiently
- Open to opportunities within the Cebu province and Visayas region
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and effective documents, including reports,
