We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at GR8 MTORS MARKETING, INC., In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, provide expert guidance on available options, and ensure a seamless sales experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

Customer Engagement:

Greet and build rapport with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles, features, financing options, and promotions.

Test Drives:

Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives, highlighting vehicle performance and benefits.

Sales Process:

Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final purchase, including financing/lease options.

Negotiation:

Present pricing and negotiate terms to close sales while adhering to dealership policies.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using dealership CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with finance, service, and inventory teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions.
