About the role
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team at Chooks to Go Inc.' in Santa Rosa City Laguna. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your assigned shifts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during your assigned shifts, including managing staff, monitoring inventory and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests
- Coordinating and supervising the work of Kitchen and Sandwich Hands to maintain efficient food preparation and service
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with staff training and development to enhance the skills and performance of the team
- Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement process improvements
- Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service related fields
- Minimum of two years experience in restaurant service operations
- Proficiency in POS systems and related technology
