The Service Desk Support Analyst responsible for providing first-level support for company software applications by troubleshooting issues, resolving help desk tickets within established SLAs, and escalating complex concerns to appropriate resources.

The role maintains accurate documentation through the Known Error Database (KEDB) and ensures timely, professional assistance to end users to support seamless business operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science are preferred).
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant working experience
  • No eligibility required
