Full-Time Remote High-Ticket Sales Closer

You will be responsible for conducting inbound consultation calls, guiding prospects through an enrollment process, and enrolling clients into our high-ticket wellness programs (S$2,000–S$10,000+).

This is a full-time, remote position with working hours aligned to Singapore (GMT+8).

• Run 60–90 min consultative sales calls
• Achieve monthly revenue and close-rate targets
• Handle objections with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups
• Prepare prospects pre-call and conduct timely post-call nurturing
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve pipeline quality
• Represent True North Academy with professionalism and integrity

• Minimum 2 years experience in high-ticket closing (coaching/fitness/wellness/consulting preferred)
• Proven ability to close S$2,000–S$10,000 transformation programs
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, GoHighLevel, Close.io, etc.) preferred but not required
• Hungry, coachable, disciplined, and results-driven
• Ability to work Singapore hours (GMT+8)

• Base salary: S$800–1,200 (depending on experience)
• Commission: Highly competitive, uncapped
• Performance bonuses available
