Job Description
Posted on 18 August 2025Receive payments from credit customers and coordinates with Accounting Staff to records payments received.
Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systemsLocate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment.
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
Sort and file correspondence and perform miscellaneous clerical duties, such as answering correspondence and writing reports.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or similar role is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
