Job Description

• Prepares sales report every voyage of the ship
• Accurately processing cash and discounts transactions
• Remits all cash collections and monetary values to the cashier.
• Ensure that all tickets and bills of lading (used and unused) are properly accounted for and return to cashier before issuing new tickets stubs for sales
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Qualifications/Requirements

• 4 years college graduate in any Business Course
• Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer service role is advanced
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Proficiency in using computer systems (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Willing to be transferred to another port/location if required
• Willing to work in shifting schedules.
