URGENT HIRING! CIVIL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Non board passer will be considered
• Atleast 3-5 years on-site work experience
• Knowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic design development, project handover and supervision
• Knowledgeable in various implementation phases such as structural retrofitting works, MFEPS works, roof framing works, finishing/architectural works, and construction schedule
• Be inventive and imaginative
• Expertise in cost estimate
• Expert in local building codes
• Supervise day to day site work and operations
• Responsible for making sure site work is being carried out according to design
• Reporting of site works and activities progress and delays
• Coordinating request and inventory materials

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Willing to undergo a Trade and Ability Test

Collaborate with architects and designers to meet project requirements

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment

Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and specs

Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments

Resolve technical issues and client-related requests

Maintain accurate project documentation

Ensure timely and cost effective completion of all phases

Provide technical support to teams and subcontractors
