Marketing and Content Coordinator| Onsite| Night Shift
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and communicative Marketing and Content Coordinator to help run content tests, manage creative assets, act as a point of contact with our contractors, and run tests on Meta for Meta Ads. This person should be tech-savvy, a great communicator, and comfortable handling multiple moving parts.
Responsibilities:
- Run tests with video and image content across different platforms (e.g. Meta)
- Organize and track content assets (e.g., in Google Drive)
- Communicate with contractors including content creators, designers, editors, and more
- Keep tabs on deliverables, timelines, and progress from various contractors
- Assist with uploading or publishing content when needed
- Create various images and document inside Canva
- Posting content on social media including Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Managing Instagram account
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in Canva , google sheets and google docs
- Excellent communication (especially via Slack, email, and task management tools)
- Experience working with creatives or contractors a plus
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta) or creative testing processes is a bonus
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks without micromanagement
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
