Job Description:
Supports the demand planning process by generating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts across all channels and categories. The role involves analyzing historical sales data, monitoring demand trends, and supporting cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure optimal product availability while minimizing risks of stockouts and excess inventory.
This role will manage critical day-to-day forecasting activities, including but not limited to HO stock monitoring and updates, CL override and update, ensuring PO supportability, SE forecast, and forecast for the Pizza Boxes, Gospel Tract, Magalogue, and Sticker Pack.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales data, trends, and business insights.
- Measures forecast accuracy, identifies root causes of variances, and implements corrective actions.
- Track and monitor day-to-day SOH levels across all warehouses to ensure product availability and early risk identification.
- Maintain and update forecast overrides in the Critical List file to ensure planners have the correct days of stock coverage visibility and can proactively address potential stock shortages or excess.
- Monitor and update pizza box consumption trends and adjust forecasts accordingly to ensure adequate stock availability and maintain the correct days of inventory coverage.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare forecasts for merchandise items (e.g., gospel tracts, magazines, and sticker packs) to ensure accurate demand planning and sufficient stock availability.
- Respond quickly to unanticipated changes in demand due to promo, trends, seasonality, or market factors by adjusting the forecast and communicating forecast changes to stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for forecast performance and demand insights.
- Recommend process enhancements and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, sales analytics, or related roles.
- Exposure to the e-commerce business, demand patterns, and online promotions is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver accurate outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
