Essential Duties & Responsibility
  1. Ensures full compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, and all company policies and procedures. Must have hands-on experience in employee relations, labor law compliance, and handling DOLE-related matters.
  2. Serves as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues, ensuring timely investigation, proper documentation, and resolution in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  3. Manages employee disciplinary processes including administrative investigations, case handling, issuance of notices, disciplinary meetings, and monitoring of action plans through resolution.
  4. Leads and coordinates company-wide employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  5. Develops, recommends, and executes employee engagement programs.
  6. Oversees all HR-related corporate communications including employee advisories, policy updates, HR announcements.
  7. Processes employee movements including regularization, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and administration of incentives and allowances.
  8. Administers government-mandated and company-sponsored benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG transactions while addressing employee concerns and inquiries related to benefits and claims.
  9. Maintains accurate, organized, and confidential employee records, HR files, databases, and documentation.
  10. Prepares HR reports, metrics, and data analysis to support management reporting and business decision-making.
  11. Performs other HR and administrative responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
  12. Coordinates with Payroll in the administration of government-mandated benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund contributions and transactions.
  13. Reviews, evaluates, and recommends enhancements to compensation and benefits programs to improve employee experience and retention.
  14. Partners closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, and employee-related payments.
  15. Monitors updates from government agencies and ensures timely implementation of required changes related to compensation and benefits compliance.
  16. Develops and maintains salary structures, job grading systems, and compensation frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity across departments.

Education: Collage Graduate; preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent. Legal management a definite plus

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Legal Management or equivalent.

Work Experience: At least 2-5 five years related experience in Employee Relations , C&B, Communication and OD. Related experience in a call center/IT or BPO environment a definite plus
