We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Marketing Assistant to handle our fast growing product. Must be a Soc.Med. Savy person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customers emails,phone calls, online chats and messages.
• Assist with order tracking, product info, returns and general queries.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and accurate support.
• Work closely with the wider customer service and ecommerce teams.

Skills & Experience:

• With previous marketing/telemarketing work experience
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Confident to use computers, online system and chat tools(example: shopify)
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business Admin. Or Marketing Graduate)
• With experience in construction (wall panel) product is an advantage
• Able to understand and analyze numerical information and to make a right conclusion and decisions.
• Ability to execute speedy and effective of customers issues and complaints
• Ensure interactions with Customers and team members who are always in a polite and courteous manner.
• Actively seeks new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Knowledgeable in graphic design and video editing.
